Muchnick, a young, improving player on a young, improving Suffern High team that made it to last spring’s Class A State semifinals, didn’t fail.

The sophomore not only made the team but started and took most of the draws in both games her squad played last month’against Team Ontario’in the National Lacrosse Classic. The lacrosse weekend in Maryland also included play by the U.S. boys U15 team, the’U17 girls and boys teams and the national women’s team.
