Ongoing.

Orlet was conducting her second day of tryouts for the Edwardsville girls’ volleyball team. It was her first set of tryouts at Edwardsville, after taking over for Jami Parker as head coach of the program.

With a smile on her face and a contagious laugh, Orlet was back to coaching after a stint as athletic director at Incarnate Word.

“I love it. It has been great. I love the relationships, being able to build them and to see them grow as athletes,” Orlet said. “The transition has been good, and they are getting more used to me.”
